The Judges

Kages will be the judges within the creation parts of the forum and must judge properly without letting over powered or other wise unfair jutsu, characters, and abilities to slide.
Keep things within good reason and things should be fine. Make sure special jutsu have weakness of some sort.

Extra rules dealing with specific abilities will be placed by kuro if not already applied and is causing issues with understanding.

Alright, since some of you don't understand who the judges really are, let me reiterate.

The Kages and Kuronosu are the judges. We are the only ones who are offering advice and approvals.

We know that the other members have constructive criticism or input, but seriously, we'd keep the character pages a lot smaller if only criticisms and suggestions by Kages were made.

From now on, just please offer your suggestions to the person via C-box or PM, not in the actual thread. The rest of us appreciate it.
