    Each main village carries a hidden jutsu that is protected and not taught to anyone for fear of its powers. These jutsu can only be obtained by stealing them from the village it is in. The scroll itself is indestructible and will auto summon back to the village after so long being missing. This is so that you cannot destroy it after learning it or hide it away.

    The hidden jutsu:

    Leaf: Shadow Clones (Naruto)
    Rock: Exploding Clay (Deidara)
    Mist: Hydration Technique (Suigetsu)
    Sand: Puppet Body and Human Puppets (Sasori)
    Cloud: Earth Grudge Fear (Kakuzu)
